MAY I HAVE A DRUM ROLL PLEASE...........

My VSG  surgery date is Monday November 8!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I am excited, nervous, worried, pleased a*****h that is finally happening.  I have ordered my vitamins, have my protein powder, and sugar free Jello, low sodium broth, Crystal Light flavors, etc,  for beginning the 10 day liquid diet prior to surgery. 
I am going to miss my daily Coca-Cola, but that is just one of the things that contributed to my current weight.  I will  just suck it up and stick with the no-cal drinks....or at least try my hardest......and pray ALOT.

You will be fine during your 10 day liquid diet. You can also freeze popcycles, pudding pops, tea ect, so you can have something to chew. Good luck and we can't wake fr you to be a loser.

Congratulations!  We are all here for you and have been there, done that!  Sounds like you are prepared!
