Friday Roll Call
Hello everyone
Yeah for Friday!!! I will be having some fun after work today. I will be buying a new coat and jeans. Also I'm getting a hair cut.
Well I have some good news...I lost another 5 pounds this week!!! Bringing my total of pounds lost over 100!!! YEAH ME!!!! Finally...now I want to lose another 75...ughhh.
Yesterday my friend worked me out like crazy. I worked on my legs and thighs (next time my upper body). Today to say I'm a little sore is an understatement but Scott said that's good.
Nancy- I hope your iron transfusions are working and you are feeling more energized.
Dawn- I agree with Nancy. I would just not do it this year and that would force one of the other parents to do it.

Good Morning, but this morning is turning out anything but good 
. I started to vaccum the house, got 1 1/2 rooms done, and realized the brushes on the bottom weren't turning.The motors are going, but that is it. I am hoping its nothing more then a belt, but won't know until DH gets home this afternoon. So, I will do everything but vac today.
I also want to do some errands this morning. We have some family coming this afternoon to help dedicate a tree we are planting in a local park in memory of Huberts mother, aunt and uncle and cousin. It is a Serviceberry, white lowers in spring, blue berries in summer and gold leaves in fall. I will try to take a picture and post.
Then, this evening, we are having dinner with Huberts only surviving aunt. That will be in Morris at the Rockwell Inn.
Not sure what is happening over the weekend, I really think it will be quiet.

Crystal, CONGRATS on the wt. loss. You are doing a super job with that and your workouts! Keep up the great work.
Not much going on here this weekend. Having some friends over tomorrow AM and then we are going to lunch. I worked with my friend over 20 years ago at another job. It's nice to have long time friends that you used to work wtih and have kept in touch with over the years!
I'm having a little bit of an eye problem. I had the same problem over 2 yeears ago, but it is back and doesn't seem to want to "fix" itself like last time. I have a vein leaking behind my right eye and it has blurred my vision a bit becuase the fluid is not going away. The dr. says it is NOT macular degeneration, so glad about that! However, next week I have to have a procedure which sounds pretty horrifying, but they assure me won't be painful. Pls throw some prayers my way! It is kinda scary.
Don't know much else. Hope everyone has a SUPER (fast) Friday and a great weekend.

PS is anyone else having trouble with OH site? I'm having a heck of a time pulling it up and waiting forever. I already tried to post and it never worked and then disappeared. When I try and go on other message boards, especially the lapband one, sometimes I never get on. Been happeing about a week. At work and at home.

I had a stye surgically removed a little over a year ago and it was totally painless! It was a little unnerving to have your eye propped open and a surgeon working on it and seeing things "come at you" but honestly I did not feel a thing. Even after the pain killers wore off. I am very protective of my eyes as I have very bad vision and an underlying fear of losing my sight. I would do it again if needed. It was not a bad procedure. Good luck with yours! Hugs.

I had Lasix surgery a few years ago, and it was a little scary, but went fine. this procedure has the dr. giving me an injection in the eye, which sounds horrible, but they ASSURE me I won't feel anything but some pressure and maybe a little stinging. WAY TO GO CRYSTAL!!!!! You are making me feel that I should try again.
Today is my 18th wedding anniverary and I am a happy girl! Todd got a parent to do some of the driving tomorrow, so it's a relaxing afternoon, night and morning at a local hotel for us! It's really just a small get-a-way, but I am looking forward to it. He still has to do one half of the driving, but I guess he is going to get up early, take them where they need to go and come back.......hopefully all before I even wake up.
So....I am leaving work early to get some flowers, chocolates and strawberries for the room. Maybe some dinner too, I haven't quite decided.
