Thursday Roll Call
Hello everyone
I just finished decorating a coworkers cubicle for her birthday. Now I need to stay away from all of the birthday goodies. It's these little things that seem to brighten up a dreery day at work.
The weather will be beautiful this weekend. I don't know if I mentioned that next weekend I will be going out to visit Amanda in Champaign. I can't wait to see her. We will do our usual shopping spree and then I take her out for a birthday dinner.
I hope everyone enjoys their Thursday...I will even if I'm at work

I had my big massage event yesterday and it went very well. The team I brought really did a great job and we all had a lot of fun. I sure hope that I can develope more events like this in the future. If anybody can get me connected in their company, I sure would be grateful!
On the weight front, I've had a few sloppy days and it showed up on the scale. Time to get back to the plan. Nothing major, just a few too many meals out. Tonight we will get back to chicken on the grill and veggies!
This has been such a busy week, and that feels good. I still have a small massage event tomorrow. And then I have to shut down the pool this weekend.

Good morning Crystal and the rest of Illinois!
Working today then home to finish working on the Jell-O worms and ice cream cake for my grandson's party.
I plan on walking at lunch to enjoy the weather.
When I got home last night, I thought I was in "Stepford". After spending the day full of anxiety over David's anger and melt down, when I got home, everything was "right as rain". Very strange.
No much else going on.....

Good morning Crystal and IL!
Not much happening around here. I am enjoying this absolutely gorgeous weather. When I take Roxie out at 5 am, the stars and constellations are SO bright and beautiful.
Crystal, sweet stuff is my biggest temptation!
Paul., congrats on a succesful seminar.
Dawn, hopefully David was able to let out a lot of stress and will be fine for awhile...just sorry it came out at you!
Having some friends over for hamburgers on the grill tomorrow night, other than that just working around. Chloe won't be up this weekend. May take my tomatoes out for the winter before the frost hits them hard.

Hello everyone!
It is almost Friday!
I cant wait to get some more sleep this weekend. I think I have sleep on my brain. It was all I could do to drag myself out of bed this morning.
I had my cervical neck injection and iron transfusion this morning. All went well. I did have a pretty bad headache afterwards but I had one before as well so who knows.
I did manage to get off work at 2:15 and came home and slept for a couple of hours. Still have a little of the headache but feel better.
Tomorrow is the MRI . I feel like I have been through the works again. But if it all makes me end up feeling better, it will be well worth it.
Dawn, glad David was in a better mood but it is nervy to see such an abrupt change. Crystal, I am sure you are excited to go see Amanda! Whoo Hoo -- a shopping spree! Georgie, hopefully you can get your tomatoes done. It has been such nice weather you do have a little time. Paul, I am glad your event went so well. If you could get connected to more corporate events, that would be fantastic! I am sure there will be much word of mouth praise for such an event and your phone will be ringing off the hook! I sure would be singing praises for my employer if they provided massages. So fingers crossed for you.

Hello to All,
'I got home about 4:15 today, then paid some bills and Hubert and I took a walk. It is so nice to walk and not get hot and sweaty, Hopefully we will have a few more weeks before it really gets to cold . The only problem I am seeing with a late afternoon walk is it gets dark earlier. Also, it gets cooler faster.
This weekend I am going to East Peoria on Saturday to see my great neice play softball. Then on Sunday we are going to Utica for the Burgoo Festival. It will be a fun weekend.

I had a really nice road trip by myself. No traffic obstacles and not too much construction. I took a drive into IL Amish country and walked around Arthur. Did one of my favorite things by walking around an antique consignment shop. Got my gas for tomorrow, stopped at Pamida and IGA to just walk around.
I will head out not too early tomorrow because my sister does not get home until later in the afternoon but I can let myself in and take her dog for a walk if I want to.
My itching is still there but not at the intensity that it was in the last few days. I found Cortizone 10 lotion that works real good in addition to the oatmeal baths and the Sarna lotion I am applying. The rash is still pretty ugly and I am wondering if I want to wear shorts in the next few days because it is supposed to be in the high 80's by Mary's over the weekend. We will see. I am usually not self conscious but right now I am.
Ps time to get my contacts out and snooze soon of course after I read and watch HGTV and Food network.
