Wednesday Roll Call
Good evening everyone!
It is late for me. I went and got my hair done after work. Now I am pooped. I am looking forward to getting some iron and hoping that will give me more energy.
Our new phone system went live this week and it is a challenge. I can see where it will be better but it still has some growing pains. We have some issues to work out They are connected to the computer and interact with the computer so that gives you an idea of all that can go wrong.
Today for the life of me, I could not get a call transferred to the right department. I finally had to reboot my entire system.
It will get better, after we fully understand this system and its quirks. Makes life interesting especially since the phones are ringing off the hooks right now. We had 18,000 calls in our center on Monday.
