It took me all my 6 months + 3 more to even begin to have a decent understanding of everything we need to learn for WLS. Only this past month, I've started figuring out the vitamins stuff. So, enjoy your pre-op time and soak in all the info/wisdom from sources like OH. Congrats on moving forward. :)
