Good morning and day all. Fast fly by as I need to get crackn at some work. Support group later on tonight where we will see Christina and Calvin, hopefully not for the last time.
We have most of our IL OH family back on the board but we have not seen Dee for months. Has anyone had contact with her?

Hello everyone
Well I'm at work today. I did a lot of relaxing yesterday. I must have been really tired because I took a 3 hour nap. My dad seems to be doing much better. I hope he will be able to get out of the hospital soon.
Today I am actually going to the movies with my friends from work. And then home to sleep some more. I'm glad tomorrow is Friday.

This has been a week that has flown by for me. I am glad! We were busy at work yesterday. I made it through phone training. I am going to reserve judgement until the phones go live. It will really be different because half of our phone work will now be done through computers and we will have a phone bar added that we have to deal with as well. Supposedly it will make things more efficient. We have other new programs coming on line in the next few months so maybe all together they will.
It was so pretty out yesterday and today looks like a repeat. I came home yesterday and sat outside for awhile and talked with a neighbor. We haven't gotten to do that for awhile as it has been so hot.
Crystal, I am glad you got some rest yesterday. Lucy, welcome home. Monica G. I am glad your speech is behind you and that it was successful. Christina, happy packing. Remember that there is life outside of boxes.

Good to be home. It's a beautiful day.
I've been busy already with email, snail mail, paying bills, grocery shopping and a trip to the post office.
Today I start my food journal tracking protein count and fluids.

Lucy, hopefully the flight was not too uncomfortable for you. Welcome home
On a side note - I was just thinking today that the first time that we met was at the Walk From Obesity with Willow. PJ is still running it and it is on the 25th if you are up to it. PJ is now working at Dr Rosen's office(my doc). Dave and I will be at the event. It is going to be at the Oak Brook Park District this year.
