Update on my daughter

Hi everyone! Sorry I havent posted in a while. Busy getting things ready for my daughter, she starts high school next week. Well, good news regarding her Lap Band surgery. She is already down almost 40 lbs, has lost 21 inches and is off of her Metformin( hyperinsulimia) and Lisinopril(high blood pressure). The doctors are amazed at how well she has done. She is very committed to eating right and getting back to exercising. She has gone from a size 16 to a size 12 already!!! She looks amazing, like a different person. Now I am going to have bigger problems, keeping the boys away from her!!! The Lap Band worked so well for her. It is the best decision I have made as a parent to give my child a healthy life!

What a wonderful success story!  I am sure that both you and your daughter are so excited about her new, healthy lifestyle!  What a great way to start back to school!  I am sure she will have lots of self confidence with her new looks.  This is such a hard age for her.  Congratulations to both of you!
