Need Food Ideas

So on Thursday evening/nights I leave the house at 4pm to head over to the college for my Microbiology class and lab.  Lecture goes from 5pm til 6:15 then lab starts at 6:30 and goes til 9:15pm.
My problem is that we are not allowed to eat/drink in lab at all and not supposed to in the lecture hall either (though I do drink in there)
In those 15 minutes between classes I have to pack up stuff from one room and then get to the lab and it really doesn't give me much time.  We don't get a "break" at all during lab because there's so much to do, but we can sneak out for like 5 minutes the teacher said.  Either way I don't know what to do about eating dinner or a snack or anything from 4pm til 9:15pm.
yesterday I took a protein shake and drank it on the way to school, but then didn't  have anything to eat til I got home at 10pm and I hate eating that late.
any ideas of what I can take and have as a very quick snack or something that will hold me over?
I can't eat fast either, it upsets my stomach

Get a little insulated lunch bag that you can put chiller packs in. Cottage cheese if you like it carries well, cheese and crackers, string cheese if you like it. You can get these little cottage cheese and fruit thingies. Delmonte fresh fruit cups. Pieces of portable fresh fruit. Aldi has these tuna or chicken salad and cracker paks that you can chill first and bring with. It has a small can of salad and 6 crackers.

The cottage cheese with fruit thingies that I was talking about are called Cottage Doubles and they are sold by Breakstone's. 130 cal, protein 11g, sugars 14g. Neither me or Dave dump on them. Dave dumps at the drop of a hat with sugar.
