Good Morning,
Just a fast fly-by this morning. I have a bunch of things to do before we head for Peoria to take the DGG to the orthodonis.

Everyone have a great day, it is suppose to be cooler today.

BTW, Monica is having a good morning, considering. She has the roommate from H@@@.

Good Morning Everybody!

Like Lisa, I need to just do a quick fly-by.  I'm on my way to drop Meredith at daycare and then to do a health fair at Trustmark Corporation and some chair massage.  Then tonight I teach a weight loss class at the Cary Park District.  I hope everybody has a good day!

I am working today, and have some shredded beef in the crock pot at home.  I will post this in a minute.

I am glad to hear that Monica is doing well but sorry to hear about the room mate.  That is always an issue when you have to be in the hospital.  That is one reason I really like Madison----all the rooms are private.  Smaller, but private.

I am taking Friday off to take my kids and grandkids to the fair to spend the day.  It sounds like the weather will be good at least.

Not too much else happening here.

The zoo was wonderful yesterday...very crowded...lots of walking....got home in time to go to the concert in Lockport to sit and relax those tired feet...all in all a great day.
Tried bison chili for lunch....it was tasty.

Need to take Bella to the vet this morning...she's not feeling very well....I will not go into details but I need to take care of her this morning.

Not much in store for me today.  Shuffling some papers then going through some mail and materials I have collected at Abilities Expo and the MOPD show.

I'm here, too.  Loving the weather.  Today was the first day of School!!!! Gratefully a half day.  Off to grocery shop.

At work but not much here. The other girl and I are fighting over the small amount that is here.

After work it is outside for me to do a power walk, then I will see what I have energy for after that. Last night after dinner I tackled the 3 season room closet. I had been needing to get my vacuum back in there and I got it done. Today I would like to get all the shelves organized.

Hello everyone

I am trying to eat my lunch right now.  I just don't feel like eating lunch but I hear my nut's voice in my head "don't skip meals!!!"  So I'm eating.  Ever since last night I have been extra tight.  I had one turkey hot dog (cut up, not in a bun) and I was soooo full.  Uncomfortable full.  Then I had trouble sleeping because I had some reflux (which happens when I'm too tight).  This morning I couldn't even think about eating a normal meal so I had a slice of cheese.  And again I was full up to my eyeballs after that.  I don't why I am feeling so tight all of the sudden but I'm not going to run to the doctor right away because it might pass.  It might just be one of those days. 

It's been nice enough outside that I have been walking outside...how wonderful it feels to be able to walk outside. 

Well I am happy to hear Monica is doing really well.  I'm so happy to see Paul and Lucky back on the boards again.  I wonder how Christina is doing...we haven't heard from her lately either.

Well I better get going.   Have a great day
