I will start it off:

Taco Salad

1# browned ground beef
1 Pak taco mix (Lawrys, Ortega or Frenches)
1 firm head of lettuce (tore up)
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (I used the fine shred)
1 can smal sliced black olives
2 tomatoes (I used med - large) chopped, let liquid drain off
1 bunch green onions chopped 1/2 bag Doritos broken-small pieces
Green Goddess dressing (I can only find Kraft brand)

Brown ground beef and add taco mix according to directions, chill. Tear up lettuce into smaller pieces in a large bowl. Stir all the rest of the ingredients into the bowl. When I make this at home I just have containers of the ingredients in the fridge and then mix a little together for a small salad. If you mix the chips, dressing & lettuce into it you cannot store it in the fridge because they will get limp. WELLLLL, you can store it but who likes limp chips and lettuce?

Hooters Chicken Dip

Mix together:
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 jar Hooters Sauce Dip....I used medium
then mix in:
3 cans chicken, drain and shred with a fork

Spread into 9x13 pan
Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing on top
Top off with 4-8oz of sharp cheddar.......I used about 6oz

Warm in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes til cheese is melted.
Serve with tortilla chips.

My notes:
This was the 1st time I made the dip...next time I would mix 8oz of sharp cheddar in the mix and I would pour thin rows of the ranch dressing on top and run a knife thru it like to marbalize a cake mixture.
