It's been a while.....

Hello!!!! Not sure who all is on here anymore, its been a while since I've been on here. Life got busy for me and it's been a heck of roller coster. But I'm going to be more active again and try to participate more and help other pre-op patients with any questions, etc.  I am 5 yrs post op and down 180 lbs. And glad to say I've not gained anythign back, which is what I was deathly afraid of. 

   This was the best thing that I ever did for myself and don't regret it for 1 second. So are there any of the older post-ops still here??  Give me a holler if there are!!! I'll be back soon!
