I posted a Zucchini Flax Foccacia a few days ago......

I too like to experiment.  Splenda instead of sugar, almond flour for all purpose flour, applesauce for fat......the list goes on and on.

 Evening Everyone!

I am late coming on.  I had a hair appointment after work.  I am eating dinner and catching up  Dinner is pretty good.  I put some short ribs in the crock pot and added the new Lawry's garlic and herb sauce and a can of beef broth.  It is nice and tender and juicy and great flavor!  

Dawn, I hope David has an awesome time at Jamboree!  That has to be the best experience!  I am so proud of him! 

Gregg,  Congratulations on your surgery!  I am glad that all is going well so far.  If you have any questions, feel free to ask.  

Monica and Mary your time is fast approaching!  Before you know it we will have two more losers on board!  

Jackie, I am sure your pantry would love the fresh produce.  I know ours does.  Too bad you cant ship some up north.  I always love friends with gardens.  

Jen -- Good going for resisting the munchies that were at work.  That is hard.  I am like you, once I start, it is horrible stopping.

Lisa, I hope back to work is going ok.
