Nancy, you are not going to like this but you need to stop putting out the food on the porch. The 'coons are smart critters and now they have learned that the food is there and will come back as long as the supply is there. It also might be their babies that are with them.

Go to a garden center or call one and ask if there is anything that you can put out to keep them away. For instance - because we have deer in and about our area I get some sprinkile type of powder from a local large nursery that keeps them away. They have the same type of things for other critters. The sprinkles contain the urine of predators.

18000 more hotdogs got done.  I got super tired halfway through.  Likely something with electrolytes or mabe potassium.  I drank some G2 and had a hot dog but decided not to go back to the process.

Squash and peas are coming up.  Glad I was home to bring everything in before the storms.  Hopefully no more like those once things are too big to bring in.

So you have been forgiven?

Yes, I am sure that it was something that you did not have in your system that caused your feeling the way you did.

Storms? When? We did not have any and I am wondering how the meteorologist in our area got their credentials. We had wonderful weather from about 1030 on, mostly clear Sky's and lots of sun.

WOW another 18,000 dogs! Yeah God! AND Mike Singletary was fantastic.

Boy is it HOT outside. Took my mom and took a drive in the air conditioning through the country. Basically over the hill and through the woods. But we didn't stop off at Grandma's.

I go back to work in another week. Time flies when you don't want to go back to work.  I need to walk tonight. I guess I will bring a bottle of water with me when I walk. Because it's sooo hot out.

My incisions still don't look great, would be nice to go swimming. But I can't. Not until I know they are healed.

Hope everyone is having a Happy Sunday!

What area of IL are U in? We only had a high of 84 at approx noon today and it ended up being w/o humidity from then on.

Cute story about taking UR mom for a ride. Yes water will be UR friend from now until forever.

Stay away from swimming until you feel comfortable.

PS I just looked at a map and figured out that you are down by St Louie! No wonder you were so hot. Sorry,!

Hot is RIGHT!
Hi I am a newbie from Southern IL (near St.Louis) and it was like insanely hot this weekend and today.

Hot or not, still got to do my walks and enjoy my preop liquid diet in preparation for my surgery on the 29th.  Stay COOL and hydrated everyone.
Warmly,
Jackie
