Plastic Surgery
Stacie,
You can go into this link http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/IL/a,list/type,33/ here on OH and see what patients have said about various plastic surgeons. There are only 3 doctors registered but down below is a hyper link for "click here" and it takes you to a list of unregistered doctors and you can read what patients have said about them if there are any comments.

Stacie,
On this past Thursday, I had an extended tummy tuck and brachioplasty with Dr. Michael Lee at Northwestern in Chicago (Streeterville neighborhood).

I think he is really conscientious and good at what he does and so far, I love the results. (I posted some pix of me, before and from today on my OH blog.) I can't wait to see my results in about 1 month.
I also had consults with Lawrence Zachary and John Lease. Both of them showed me good patient results, but Dr. Lee was willing to do the treatment plan I wanted, anchor tummy tuck plus arms.
My insurance paid for my TT since I had documented, with my doctor, skin problems that I had from the redundant skin. (I can send you a copy of the letter i wrote if you'd like.) Contact your insurance company and see what they would cover and what hoops you'd need to jump through. The TT was going to be about $11,000-12,000.
I self-paid for my arms--$4,000.
Good luck to you!
Nicolle
