Just wanted to say hi. I am 41 and I am having RNY on June 21st

 Welcome! 

I am Nancy.  I live in La Salle, about 65 miles to your west on Interstate 80.  I had my RNY 2 years ago.  Fasten your seatbelt as you are about to have the most exciting ride of your life!  

We are glad to see you on the board.  We are a friendly group.  Join us whenever you can for the daily roll call.  Also if you are free this weekend, as many people who are available are going to Chris's house in Itasca for a meet and greet.  The details are a few messages back.  You are more than welcome to join us!  It is for everyone -- families too.  I was too shy to go to the very first one after I joined and I sure am sorry now.  I really enjoy them.

I know that this is short notice but my husband and I are having a Meet and Greet at my house tomorrow at noon. Family is welcome also. It is pot luck.
