Tuesday Roll Call

Hello everyone

I guess it will be a cold rainy day.  I wasn't thinking and I'm not dressed for the weather.  I'm dressed for sunny warm weather.  Oh well.

Tonight after work we might go to the movies to see Killers.  We did initially have it set for Wednesday but too many people couldn't make it, so it is tentatively set for tonight.

I found out that we are getting a department bonus for $50.  Not a big deal but I figure "hey it's something"  well yesterday I found out that my cut of the bonus is larger because I'm a manager!!!  I will get $350!!!  I'm very happy about that.  So I think I am going to treat myself to getting highlights in my hair.  Then of course the last paycheck of this month is my yearly bonus and I am buying a new TV...and boy do I need it.  

I hope everyone makes the most of this rainy day.

It does look like a cold windy day. Usually on this kind of day I am ready to dig into something, but today its not happening. The only thing I know I want to do is make some kind of chicken for dinner.

I didn't do the unemployment thing yesterday, so I will drive overthere today at some time.

Good morning Crystal and the rest of Illinois!

Enjoy the bonuses, you really DO deserve it!

Working today, then I need to stop and exchange a yard ornament that is not working.  I just purchased it last Thursday!  After that, home to relax and wait for Liv to get home.

Not much else exciting going on here.  I could have used a warmer shirt today also.  Oh well, I will live, I have sweaters here I can wear if needed.

Employment or unemployment, either would be great in my book if it brought in more than it takes out. 

My little business has been dead for two months.  Today is busy though.  I have a scooter to diagnose that has been a problem child for other techs.  Just getting prepped for it has meant a couple of hours on the company web site and on the phone with the company techs.  They could have put that info and more on the web site but did not.  I do not mind because I like talking to them but I did have to wait until this morning due to the hours they work.  There is an after hours line but I try not to use that unless I am actually working on the product and stuck.

Well it is one of those days!  Today I am technologically challenged.  My DVR is acting up   Haven't I just been down this road?  New DVR, different company,  HELP!!!!!    Also my computer is going crazy.  I finally gave up last night and today reinstalled my browser thinking my old one must be corrupt.  Hopefully that will help.  I need to do laundry but I am almost afraid of going near the washer and dryer.  You know what they say about things happening in threes.     But I don't think that I want to run around naked either.

Hey Everyone Happy Tuesday!
Shocked to see me I know, but mother usually monopolizes the computer allllllllll day long. An I only get it at night. Until everything is arranged and put in it's place, will I be able to get my computer up an running.

Today is a dreary day, but still nice outside for those who like this type of weather, which would be me. Great to sit on the porch with a drizzle of rain and read a book. Or watch that crazy squirel try to rob my bird feeders. Or it's great napping weather.

Today is just a lazy day for me. I found out what happens when you eat crackers to fast. Not a pleasant feeling what so ever. So I learned a lesson in that area.

I start a new week in food, crackers was one, string cheese, cottage cheese, scrambled eggs, there was other things on that list.

Almost at day's end - I have been busy doing things around the house. Dave came up with an idea for tomorrow down in the Loop (the pre-taste of Chicago at Daley Plaza) and I called in a 'vaycay" day as we call it at IPD. Great! I love those days. I just have to walk into work before I go to the train and put on my out of office on my email.
