Hello everyone

Ahhh relaxing Saturdays are the best.  I will bum around the house today doing chores.  Most importantly I will be at Target too in about an hour.  The book I want comes out today!!!

I'm not sure exactly when but my friends are taking me mini golfing for my birthday.  I never went mini golfing.  Next week a bunch of us from work are going to see Killers at the movies.  It looks really funny.  Woohoo!!!

I notice that the area on the side of the my building, that usually is landscaped is all unkept and looking messy.  I was thinking maybe I can talk to the landlord and garden that area my self.  I don't see why she would mind.  It would look nicer than it does now.  And I get to have a real garden.  Hehehe we will see.

Everyone enjoy their potentially rainy Saturday.

Good Morning.

No big plans for today, except to go pick up the rest of the retaining blocks we bought at Menards yesterday. I want a "wall" around the east side of the house. I also bought 4 yews and some mulch. The bushes we had were getting to big and the I was unable to handle the trimming due to allergys. At least with the yews and mulch, I won't have to much to do. Simplefy and a new look.

Have a great day, stay dry.

Huggers,
LISA

Good morning!  I haven't posted in a while, sorry about that.  I'm doing well. I hope everyone else is too.  Just got back from my workout, and fixing myself breakfast. Not too much planned today but hopefully the graduation party I'm going to doesn't get too much rain.  Have a great day!

Good to "see" you also. I am not sure if you have been following the threads on the board for the last few weeks - there is going to be a Meet and Greet at my house on the 12th. It is pot luck and family is also welcome. Go back a couple of days and you will see the last one that I posted. Hope that you can make it.

Sitting here with my son on my lap.  A little tired but I will manage.  I started my liquid diet yesturday. My surgry is on the 18th if this month (June). So far day one was pretty easy. When I was pregnant with my last baby I was on thin liquids for 6 months. In and out of the hospital. I ended up getting a tpn i was so ill. So I think I can handle this two week liquid diet.  Im really liking the muscle milk shake.  Not a fan of the atkins shake.  What did you all eat PRE to get u through surgry? Ive tried sugar free jello it taste terrible. Id rather have no sujar at all then eat that. Ick! Beef broth is mu favorite, I can do that.  Crystal light i loooooove, water is a necessity!

After surgry egg drop soup will be my best friend! Wish i could have some now!

 Hi

I found that if I mixed beef and chicken broth together I got a new flavor that was wonderful!  I also lived off of sugar free popcicles and I am still hooked on them.  They seem to cure my munchie craving.  Also hot tea would soothe any hunger pains.  By the 3rd day it was downhill all the way!  Good luck!  Just keep the goal of surgery in your head as inspiration as to why you are doing the diet.  Makes it much easier to stick to.
