New Doctor in Herrin, IL

Has anyone her about the new surgeon in Herrin, IL and if so is anyone gone to him yet?

I've decided to go there. I have an appointment in August. I just decided if I was going to have a new dr anyway I might as well be closer to home.

I think I have decided the same thing.  Are you going to do your 1 year follow-up there.  Did they say anything about our medical records or the cost?  Just trying to figure things out.

I think I have decided the same thing.  Are you going to do your 1 year follow-up there.  (yes)  Did they say anything about our medical records or the cost?  they E-mailed me forms to fill out, basically the same as any new patient,  and the form to send for my medical records. I faxed that to My New Self.  I don't think I'm going to fill out all that diet history again I've already done that at least twice.  They didn't say anything about cost but I didn't ask. I also forgot to ask them to send me a list of one year labs so I'll have to do that later.

Thanks for your reply, I think I better get started on that project.  I don't want to fill out all of the diet history forms again either.  I wonder if they will accept it from our medical records from the first time we filled them out.  I heard nothing but great things about this new doctor, so I'm hoping I don't get disappointed and I certainly hope he stays!!!!
