Walking group? - South suburbs

Anyone live near: Lansing , Lyndwood, Calumet City or South Holland?  I want to get a walking group going on before it gets too cold. I will be having my surgery in t wo weeks.  Walking is the best to start off with.  Please give me your opinnions or send me a message soon.  Thanks!
