Morning all! Fast fly by for me. Little chilly willy this morning. We got a little frost up in my neck of the woods. I am glad that I covered up what I have out and growing last night.

Hello everyone

I had trouble falling asleep last night.  I just flipped and turned for more than hour.  So this morning I'm a little tired. 

I have plans this Saturday.  I will be going out with a friend to a flea market in Romeoville.  I like those fake designer purses they have.  Then we are going to see Nightmare on Elm Street.  We saw the first one together about 25 years ago.  So we thought it would be neat to see the remake together.  Oh how time flies.  I think we were only 13 when we saw that movie at my grandma's house.  

I am looking forward to my long weekend.  Come on Thursday at 5pm get here quickly (I'm taking Friday off).

The sun is shining, all's well with the world.

When I got home yesterday afternoon, I really was tired, but decided to take a walk anyway. Boy, did that refresh me. It was a bit windy, but nice.

today is my last workday of the week. I really don't know why we say that, since my weekends are always full with things that need to be done.

I'm glad I moved my pots inside last night too.  We had quite a bit of frost here in New Lenox.

Heading to Sunrise Greenhouse in Grant Park this morning then going to the support group in Joliet tonight.

Good morning Chris and the rest of Illinois!

I was just like Crystal.  Tossed and turned and could not get to the "good" sleep last night.

Working today, then home to be a taxi for Liv.  I might even have to come back into town to go with Todd to a contest where he qualified to win a pool table.  CRAZY!  IF he should win, I have no idea where we would put it.  I guess we would have to have that sunroom built that he's been talking about.

Looking for fun things to do with the girls this weekend.  We are already attending a Cub's game and going to Navy Pier.  I want to go to the Maxwell Street Market, but I will have to defer to them since it IS for their birthdays.

The other exciting thing that is happening right now is that we are applying for a scholarship to "Sea Turtle Camp" for Olivia this summer.  Long story short-----she wants to be a Marine Biologist when she grows up so we were looking at these camps.  We could never afford it this year, but the camp contacted us and suggested that she apply for the scholarships they have available!  It would be WAY COOL for her if she could go.......Cross you fingers, say some prayers, send good mojo......all that stuff!  We should have the packet ready to send in by the end of the week!

I did not get anything planted, so I did not have to worry about the frost.  I WILL get the stuff in......eventually!

There was a message in the bottom right of OH that said I was offline and please go online so I clicked it.  It then said Signing on.  Please wait...   and that is still what it says.

I did not get up in time to see a frost if we had one.  Pepper plants and tomato plants are not complaining and seem to be happy to see the sun this morning.
