Friday Roll Call

Hello everyone

It's Friday...woohoo!!!  I get my laptop today!!! 

I have tons of shopping to do tonight and tomorrow after work.  Then I am spending the day Sunday cleaning and relaxing.  I am looking forward to next weekend because fiscal year end will be over with.  Untill then I will feel like I'm in a pressure cooker. 

Dawn-  I am sorry about your friend.  I had a co-worker die of ALS a few years back.  We still talk about her fondly.  I'm sure you will keep his spirit alive.

This is a really quick fly-by, We are leaving for St. Louis for the weekend.

I found a cute hanging gnome at Krogers yesterday. I hung him in the garden on 1/2 of a shepards crook. The other 1/2 will house a bird feeder. Could gnomes be the theme of the flower garden this year?
 
I will be back on Sunday.

Good morning Crystal and the rest of Illinois!

Thank you Crystal.  It is difficult as he was more than just a co-worker.....he was a friend and father figure too (since I don't have a father).  He will be missed.

I am working half a day today then thinking of doing yard work if it does not rain.  I have some gardens to get going.

My boys are going camping for the weekend, so it will be just Liv and I.  We have no plans for this evening.  Tomorrow, she will either go with me to the visitation or help at her church group's clean-up.  Sunday, she has a double softball lesson in Oregon.
