Wednesday Roll Call

Hello Everyone

Well at least we are half way to Friday.  Well it won't matter...I have to work Saturday.  But I still have a busy weekend full of errands.  I will be buying my laptop (YEAH!!!!).  I will be shopping for a graduation outfit and a graduation party outfit.  I will also be buying the party supplies.  I know I'm really early but I will feel better when it's all bought.  I will be going GFS and Party City for the party supplies.  Then many other errands, groceries, oil change, and so on.  I always try to fit so much in a little amount of time because I always seem to be at work.   Later on in the month I'm going to get a hair cut, eyebrow waxing, and pedicure.     

Well today will be a beautiful day today.  I am wearing capris (the first time this season) and sandals.  I'm not ready for sandals yet, because I haven't had a pedicure yet but who cares.  I'm wearing my new sandals.  I really like them.  

Well I hope everyone tries to get out and enjoy this great weather.  Have a nice day.

Sandaals and  capris for me too. It is so nice not having to bundle up the feet in chosed shoes and heavy socks. And no bulky coats!

I am heading for work too. Yesterday was a real  kind of day, and I have  a feeling that today won't be much better. I have to work tomorrow too.

Lynn, sounds like you are doing great. Just don't overdo it in the garden.

Good morning Crystal, Lisa and the rest of Illinois!

I am working today too, but I WISH I could wear Capri's and sandals.  My building is always cold, so I have long pants, short socks, knee socks, a long sleeved shirt and a sweatshirt over that.  If I was outside, I would be too warm.  Once the temps outside get over 85, it gets comfortable in this building.

Congrats on the new laptop Crystal!  We have desktops at home and here at work also.  I hear the new laptops are pretty cool.  As far as party supplies, do you have a Dollar Tree near you?  I always go there first to see what I can pick up, then Factory Card Outlet, THEN Party City.  Of course, I am ALL ABOUT saving $$.  A friend of mine remarked the other day that I should write a book about how not to spend full price on stuff.

Anyway, for me, it is work today, then home for a quick dinner then Todd has Round Tables, Liv has Youth Group and David and I are going to the theater to help clean it for the next production that begins Friday.

Liv had her first Track Meet yesterday and she placed 2nd in discus!  Pretty cool for her first try!

Not much going on with me.

I had a real nasty cold that kept me from doing anything the last two days.  I need to sort through a few months worth of paperwork and it looks like I will be late filing my taxes...again.

I have been home from Chgo for a few hours and am doing some last minute things before tomorrow morning when Dave drives me to Woodridge for my conference. I stopped in at the Fisher Nut discount store in Elk Grove Village and then onto to Jewel to get my sister some frozen Edemine as she cannot get it by where she lives. Sssshhhh - it is a surprise, she does not read OH very often so no problem.  Dave will then pick me up at about 4pm tomorrow and we will head south to Tuscola for the night and then the next day to my sister's in Huntingburg, IN until Monday morning when we return, Lord willing. Our evening at the Bulls game was fabuloso. The hotel room was not too bad either. We did not spend the extra $$ for a suite room as we were not in it very long but we had the same northerly scenery as we usually do.

GFS is in a lot of the towns around here and we go there on occasion. We also have Schweppes in Lombard which is an indepentent (non club) restaurant supply store. We get the majority of our party supplies there as it is only about 8 miles from us.
