Monday Roll Call
Morning Illinois,
Looks like it's pretty foggy out. Be careful on those roads. We got almost an inch of rain last night so that should really get that grass growing.
I kind of had a lousy day yesterday. My left side was hurting all day which I hear is normal and I just didn't feel like doing anything so I didn't. Went for a walk with my Mom and that was about it. I did make a scrambled egg with ham pureed in the processor and a wedge of Laughing cow cheese and it was very good. I was able to eat about half of it.
On a good note, I'm down 30 pounds already! I'm very excited about that. Clothes that were too small are already too big, pants at least. I'm going to meet a friend tomorrow who volunteers at our local hospital's resale shop to see if I can find some shorts and capris for summer. Our daughter told me about a nice resale shop in Wilmington too so maybe I'll try there.
Anyway, hope everyone had a good Easter and a better Monday.

If you go to Wilmington, there are alot of neat shops to look in. My daughters and I go there sometimes.
Our family was over yesterday for dinner, it was a great afternoon. Today,it is back to work and muldane. I am hoping to get out and walk after work, it will depend on the wind. If not, I need to go to the bank and postoffice.
There is nothing on else on my agenda for today, or the entire week.

I remember that left side ache. I thought it would NEVER go away, but of course, it did. I know it still hurt pretty much at my 6 week check up, but shortly after that, it disappeared.
We had a decent meal at my in-laws yesterday for Easter but did not do much else in way of celebration.
Back to work today, then the final push for Liv's school musical which it Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We won't be seeing much of her this week!
Not too much else is going on over here today........

I am enjoying the solitude with no one but me in my room and the boss is not here today either. I have my favorite christian radio station from Madison, WI playing on the internet.
I am still trying to wrap my brain around my health issues and have continued to do research on the 'net. I have a lot of reading material printed out to look through. It is bad enough with the microscopic colitis and now throw Crohn's possibly into the mix . . . I will not be able to hardly eat anything. After work today Dave and I will drive up to Wauconda for a wake for a co-worker's mom. I hate that drive up Rt 12 as people drive like jerks on that road and there are a lot of red light cameras along the way also.
We are looking forward to getting our TV on Thursday.
