Friday Roll Call

Good morning, Illinois,
Happy Friday.  Looks like this is going to be the last nice day for awhile, hope everyone gets to enjoy it for awhile.

We're taking our granddaughter and new baby back to the hospital today for a test (he's a little jaundice) and then not much else.  I got all the flower beds cleaned up and want to get my dahlia and begonia bulbs planted in pots and going in the basement so they're ready to plant when I get feeling better.  The hospital called Wednesday and got me pre-registered so I guess its really happening.  Hope the weekend flies by.

Hello everyone

I am soooo glad it's Friday and I'm sneaking out the door on time today.  I have plans after work.  I am going to see Repo Men with a friend.  We also will go out to eat and bum around Borders.  She is one of my only friends that is just as obsessed with reading and she loves vampire books too.  So we always walk out of Borders spending way too much money.  Then after that I will do my grocery shopping so I will probably get home around 11-12am. 

I did buy some shoes last night at Famous Footwear.  They had buy one get one half off and I had a $10 off coupon.  So I bought a pair of Nikes (white and pink) and a pair of brown sandals (Naturalizer).  Everything cost me $58...not bad.  I still want a pair of the shape up gym shoes so I will still have my eye out for them. 

Tomorrow bright and early I will be at Target to buy New Moon!!!  Target is the only place that carries the 3-disc set. 

Lynn-  The weekend will go by quickly.  It did for me.  Have fun with your grandbaby.

Update on new road. They are telling us that we will be able to get into our driveways  within a week or two. Not that the road will be finished, but at least usable. I  need some mulch and things, and I really don't want to haul it from the corner,

I  was able to take a long walk yesterday, It felt good to be able to get outside early in the day. Today, I will be doing normal Friday things.

Lynn, good luck on Monday. We will be thinking of you.

Crystal, I don't know if you seen my last post on Wed, but the Shapeups aren't available in size 12, Neither are the Avon or the Payless ones.

Payless did have them in 12 but they ran out of all sizes but 7. Because I went online and saw them and waited (I shouldn't have) and then the next day they weren't there.  I am going to try to find out when they will have a new shipment of the shoes.

I hope everyone is doing well!  Lynn, hopefully your grandbaby will just need a little time under the "lights" to cure the jaundice.  Let us know what happens.

Today I am taking Tyler for some bloodwork, he's going to be starting up Accutane again for his acne and he will need to have bloodwork every month.  It's a pain and I really hope it works for good this time!  I am tired of myself and my kids always being the "exception" to the rules when it comes to medical stuff.  lol   I'll bring him to school, then come home and get started on next weeks homework.  After school Tyler has an ortho appointment, and we should find out when his braces come off!  yay
Other than that, nothing going on today, gonna enjoy the weather if I can, since it's supposed to get yucky again!

I have to get new shoes for Liv and David, so I am checking these things out also.  They both need shoes ordered on line, or at least David does and since Liv is already in an 11, I might as well order hers too!

I am working today and this SHOULD be our quiet day.  It is just me and one other co-worker.  Fridays can go both ways, but I am hoping it is slow.  I need to type up my agenda for tonight's middle school drama group.

My boys are spending the night at the Metro Center tonight.  They are attending a lock in with the Ice Hogs!  They went last year and had a great time and they work on merit badges too.

Tomorrow, Todd and I have to attend the funeral of his dear friend's father.  So sad.

Sunday, Liv has a softball lesson, I need to get the Boy Scouts financial report done and we have a committee meeting.  The busy season has begun!

I hope you all get a chance to get outside while the gettin' is good.  Although it is to be icky over the weekend, it should clear back up next week.

Beat from work. Must do Spring cleaning at home. Have Monday off, reserved just for that.

Walked double-distance today. Survived. :) 

If it stays nice, I'll want to go out and clear the garden of the dead foliage.

WLS app is complete and NMH will sked me with a surgeon now. They indicated it'd be Nagel.
