Good Morning Illinois!

Wowsers!!!! Warm weather is on the way. Spring is right around the corner

I bounced out of the bed at 4:30am to tackle laundry and my other chores. I'll run out to the grocery store once the kids are out of the door for school.

We're taking a quick trip out to Rockford today for a surprise birthday party. It's being held at Brio's and I'm looking forward to going.

Good Morning,

I am done with PT. Thank goodness. It was starting to interfere with work.  I also seen the Dr. yesterday. I am totally ok. No new problems, which is ok with me.

I am hoping to take a walk today out in the "warm" air. I love my treadmill, but going outside and walking is so much better.

We have a Birthday party  at Paytons Roundhouse tomorrow. That is it for this weeked.

YEAH for WARMER weather...spring is on the way (did we ever doubt it??? LOL)

Not much happening in my neck of the woods. Lisa, glad your PT is done, hope you're feeling better.  Chloe is here for the weekend, so will have some fun being with her.

Ready for work to be over....but it's only 8:17 am!! It'll come, just have to be patient.

Glad you're done with your PT, Lisa.  Hope your back is feeling good.  I am so excited about this warmer weather.  The daffodils are starting to poke through the ground.

Heading the Sid's Garden Center in Palos for their open house this morning then we're going to go to Chinatown for dinner tonight.  Probably walk around a few shops there, need to get jasmine tea for our kids.

Hope this Friday goes by quickly for all you workers.

I just looked out and my daffodils are poking up too. A sure sign of spring.

Brio sounds SO good!!!!  I hope you have a great time!

I am working half a day today, then possibly going to see my friend that is in the hospital (if she is still there....).  So far, so good for her.  The clot in her lung is small and they are agressively thinning her blood to avoid any others.  Thanks to anyone who took a moment out of their day yesterday to say a small prayer or thought for her.

I have not had a chance to look for my daffodils, but I will!  I HOPE we are done with cold weather and snow, but we ARE in Northern IL after all.

Olivia has to work a cookie booth all day tomorrow and the boys are doing the "Scouting for Food" pick up.  That should leave me free to do housework and groceries.  Tomorrow night, we are planning on a family barbeque at Todd's parents.  David is hoping to see "Alice in Wonderland" and Liv and I are thinking of getting new glasses while we are in town.  We will see if it all works out.

I am looking forward to getting outside today and hope you all get a chance to enjoy the weather.  There really IS nothing like these forst warmer days!!!!  So full of hope!
