Been 3 Years!
Last night I got a HAPPY ANNIVERSARY from Obesity help! If I had not got that email I would have totally forgotten I am 3 yrs out! Where has the time gone!
For those that are new coming on here and if you was a opinion on if it was a good thing or a bad thing......Well let me tell you it was the best decision I ever made in my life! Its right up there with getting married to the man of my dreams to having my children and now my grand babies! I would do it again! With out the Lap-Band I really think I would be in a wheel chair by now! I still have severe hip/leg pain but w/o the weight loss it would have gotten me down!
I just wanted to share what my weight loss has given me!
I say if its a matter of a better quality of life go for it!
