Good morning Randy and the rest of Illinois!

I had (have) the gas smell issue also.  I take probiotics and it takes care of it.  If I miss a dose, EVERYONE can tell.  I have heard many people have luck the the Acidopollis "Pearls", but I get mine from Vitacost.  I take the 10-20s---one in the morning and one at night.  No more issue!

Working today, then home for dinner.  That's about it.  I am enjoying the sun while it is here.

good morning all,  had a great day yesterday following the basics.  i  didnt know aboutthe probiotics for the gas!! my DH will thank you for that info! i have them , but they are kept in fridge so i forget  to take them, they were suggested to me when i revamped my vitimins not long ago, hope everyone has a grand day, i also am enjoying the sun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Randy, you can use any gas relief treatment that has simethicone in it. You can purchase Gas-X or a store brand. I either get mine at Target and it has 50 capsules in a box or the store brand from Walmart has 72 capsules in it. You get more bang for your buck when buying a store brand.  Dave, myself and my sister all use it and it works wonders. Many use Devrom which is advertised here on OH. Many times you will see an ad in the lower corner of the page. There is an ad for it on the RNY board right now.
