R.O.D.-Crunchy Cabage Salad

I needed something in a hury for a pot luck last week and this is what I made.  It was very yummy. 

Crunchy Cabbage Salad

Package of Shreds (or shredded cabbage)
4 chopped green onions (scallions)
4 oz. slivered almonds
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds

Dressing:
4 tblsp. olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Soy sauce to taste
Splenda to taste

Mix dressing and add to cabbage, stir, mix in
onions, almonds and sesame seeds last.

I should probably know this but what does R.O.D. mean...This slaw sounds good.

 R.O.D. stands for Recipe of the Day.  Anyone can post a recipe that they think is good on the forum.  We usually just title it R.O.D. and people know what it is.  Sorry about the abbreviations.  We just hang around too much and forget that newcomers may not know what our abbreviations mean. 

We dont have recipes every day but sure would love to!
