Glad to hear about the clothing exchange.  Did they have a speaker or mainly the exchange?  Next time they have it, I should have some things to bring.  Nice to hear it is well organized.

Oh I know!  You just never know with this GREAT Illinois weather!!  I'm hoping for 50 degrees and sunny!  Not too much to ask for, is it????

No speaker, just a question session and then everyone "shopped".  Cherish said a Dr. Scott I think is speaking next month about helping your family/friends deal with WLS.  Wish I could make that one but I should be just getting home that day.   Hope to see you in April, she didn't say what that program would be.

 Good Afternoon everyone!

Shhh  Don't tell anyone, but I woke up to sunshine and no new snow!     I am loving it.  I am sorry that others got more of that white stuff.  Maybe the good Lord knew I just could not handle any more right now.  

I did not make it to work today.  I went to PT and about did myself in.  My jello legs have returned.  The fall at Macy's 10 days ago was not due to my knees but according to my surgeon's office probably from an electrolyte imbalance or defeciency.  I am taking diuretics and they have a tendency to make you low on potassium.  I went and got potassium supplements over the weekend and some G2 and thought that this would help, but no go.  My doctor ordered blood tests today.  I am waiting to hear the results.  I cannot get in for an appointment until Monday.  So, I am curious as to what the blood tests will show. 

I hope everyone has had a fairly good day.  Just remember that tomorrow is Friday!
