Dipping my toes in again

I am so happy that you decided to come back to us. You have een missed. Even if we do see you on FB, its not the same. Paulette, we all have our demons, and we are all fighting the fight. Sooooooooooo, we are all in this for the long haul!!!

But it is not a place where I can talk about my weight/food  issues.

I'm back too, I also need the support from people here.  No negativity from me, you know that!
Hang in there and together we can do this!!
I have gained 15 pounds in the last few months and I am beating myself up over it too.
