Good morning, all,
Sounds like all of us have a lot in common, not much into football!  I'm so glad my husband doesn't care for it.  Quiet day today, going for a walk when the high school opens at noon then just home the rest of the day, hopefully more knitting.

Good morning!

This really is the "no football" group. We won't be watching it either. We have a bit of cleaning  up to do since we went to Sheboygan Wi Friday for a concert with Tret Fure. OF course we hit four yarn shops on the way up and back. There is yarn now to put in the "stash". We did lots of walking in Kohler where we stayed and I can tell the difference from just one week of exercising.

My plan for today is to get the cleanup done this morning so I can knit this afternoon! It might be a good day to make soup too.

Good Morning IL!
Ok, I'm in the game...GO COLTS!  (I'm using Colts blue for my font color).  Going to make sloppy joes and have some friends over.

Taking off to go look for some new jeans soon. Have a SUPER (bowl) day!

 Good Afternoon Everyone!

I happen to be in the minority with Georgie and love football!  I spent half my childhood in Urbana and went to the U of I games during the time that U of I had a GREAT team.  Learned to love the game.  Go Saints.  I would love to see them win as this is their first time ever in the Super Bowl.

I have been to church and Wally world getting shopping done.  Next on the agenda is laundry.  I got a laundry basket so hopefully getting back upstairs with clean clothes is not as problematic as last time.  I need to be able to hold on to a hand rail and you can't do that with an armload of clothes.

Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I just read a winter storm alert.  We are susposed to get up to 10 inches between Monday night and Tuesday.  YUCK!!!!

I am hoping we do not get a lot of snow this week as my niece is getting married in Chicago on Valentines day and I have to drive up there.

Hope everyone has a great day!

I wish that on OH we had a "Like" option (like on FB) and then I can click that when I do not have time to comment on what everyone says. But then again FB stinks right now with the home page changes.  As always they did not poll the users of the new changes. Of course FB does not have a "dislike" option which I would click for not wanting to watch the game. More than likely we will watch the game for the commercials.  I am not a fan of any sport other than hockey. My all time favorite player was Keith Magneson of the Blackhawks, I loved the way he skated (he had that double back skating thingie), I have a new found player love in Sidney Crosby of the Pittsburgh Penquins - mainly because that is my maiden name. I just priced his jersey . . .  too much mulla

Good Sunday evening to all...

As you can see I am no****ching the game either, though Mike and Tyler are getting into it.  We are a Colts family though, I used to live in Indianapolis many many years ago.

This weekend was very busy for us.  We had a 1st birthday party up in Wauconda yesterday and then a 6th birthday party today up in Elk Grove.  In between that Tyler had a birthday party to go to last night as well.  lots of driving around.

I also have to go back up to Elk Grove on Tuesday for a pelvic ultrasound to find out what exactly is on my ovary that is causing me pain and discomfort and then of course what to do about it.  Of course that will depend a lot on the weather too.

Well I hope everyone is doing awesome!  Back to homework for me!  I am behind this weekend being gone so much

Well, I love football and would love to have the Saints win.  What a great thing for their city.  However, I'm no****ching it.  I keep flipping back and forth between the game and other shows.  I'm recording it and for the first time I will fast forward through the game and watch the commercials.  :)

I did go to the movies today.  I saw Dear John.  Great movie!  It was a very typical Nicholas Sparks story: twists and turns, things happening not the way you think they will or should.  Channing Tatum is very handsome!  Yum!  lol

Not sure if any of the folks who do not like football will see this but I am sending you a giant raspberry.

Enjoyed the football game a bunch.

Enjoyed even more last week reading a book called Unexplainable by Don Cousins.

Just realized I should br on Mondays postings.  See you over there.
