the snow did not sitck yeah- going to lunch with my mommy today and possibly the laundrymat, i'm waiting for the presidents day sale to buy my new washer and dryer. 

I plan to relax today.

Hmmm.. Good idea on the Presidents Day Sale..Perhaps I'll wait and buy my dishwasher then too.  My dishwasher blew up last night.  The scarriest thing.  I almost called 911 because smoke was rolling out of it so quick and hard.

I feel you on the dishwasher incident. The dishwasher stopped draining several weeks ago. I added ONE cap of Pinesol to rinse away the stagnan****er and now there's FOAM everywhere.

Yes, I did this before my morning coffee. 

I'm going to look up the schematics and attempt to find the fix. I think the drain tube is clogged since the drain path is clear...dunno

Wow...my dishwasher is not draining either...what is up with that?
I really don't use it so not a problem for me.

Today I'm going with some friends to the health fair in Frankfort and then out to lunch.

I was going to go to the fair...went to the funeral instead. I would have loved to meet some WLS neighbors!

I wonder if we can get a group rate on dishwashers.

Good morning!  I have just the usual errands to run.  I've been avoiding giving my apartment the super pre-surgery clean.  I have to to find the motivation to do it, but I am not feeling it.  Especially important I get it done this weekend as my parent's are coming in for my surgery on Thursday night.  I know I have next weekend as well but I'm a planner if not very good at execution.  LOL!

Well, off to get ready for my errands.  I have a manicure and my little furbaby has to get a haircut and manicure. She wants to look beautiful for her grandparents.

 If your mother was like mine, I was motivated by the "white glove test"     No matter how hard I cleaned, my mom could find something not clean.  I was always determined to outdo her!  Otherwise, she was good at creating her own projects that were NOT convenient!  Nuf said.

The sun is trying to shine and at least I can see blue in the sky!  I am so glad the snow missed us.  It was trying real hard when I came home from work last night.  

I got to sleep in this morning and no special plans are on my agenda today.  I do have to do the usual errands of grocery shopping and laundry sometime this weekend.  

Gee, I wish my dishwasher would breakdown.  That is ME.    In my In my almost 40 years on my own, I have only had a dishwasher 2 of those years.  Boy, when I think of how many years I have washed dishes by hand I want a re do!
