Wednesday Roll Call

 Good evening Carol and everyone!

Just a quick note.  Did not want to let the day go by without checking in.  Not much happening.  Work has gotten a little better as the week has gone on.  At least the people have gotten nicer.  We are further away from that darn full moon.  I sure am glad those only come once a month.  Otherwise I  would be   or maybe I already am.  

Tonight I had a super victor for me!  I ran to Walmart after work to pick up food for a potluck tomorrow.  And, I took a regular shopping cart instead of a motorized cart!  I WALKED in Walmart!!!!  It is feeling so good to be able to walk.

 Well, running is a loose term, but I was bouncing along at a fast pace.  Haven't walked that fast in a long time.  It is great to be able to hurry again!  

Good for you Nancy.. Glad you're doing so well.  Listen to your body and don't do too much too soon.

I know that is a great feeling.  My arthritis isnt healed, but some days its nice to be able to walk when you really need to. Soon, you will be running. LOL

hey all

sorry i have not checked in regularly, but i had my consult yesterday, it was great, all i need to complete is my supervised diet plan.  Oh i picked up a nice digital scale today, they are at walgreens for 10 bucks.  Not much else to report, some personal things going on in my life, but i am not letting it stress me to where i eat the wrong foods.....

I have a training tomorrow in tinley park
