Hello everyone

Yeah!!!!  It's Friday!!!   I really hope this day goes by fast.  I will be here at work till 5pm.  Then I have to go to the laundromat to do laundry.  Then I will need to pick up some groceries.  then I am going to Best Buy to use my gift card from Christmas.

I was able to eat dinner last night but I think my eyes were bigger than my stomach.  I ate a couple bites too much and I was feeling uncomfortably full.  But it didn't last long.  I guess I'm just deprived from not being able to eat for 2 weeks.

Well I hope everyone has lots of great weekend plans.  Me I have nothing special.

Have a great day.

I'm so glad you can eat comfortably again but still seem to have the restriction going on!

I am THRILLED that it is friday, it means that I am 4 days closer to going to my first NUT class!!! Yay! Another item checked OFF my surgical requirement list!  I am a total list addict.  I have lists for everything and I get a little buzz when I can check something off as done on my list.  I'm strange,  I know this and embrace it.

Today is a pretty lite day for me, kids to school, pay bills, work, run to Aldi before the dogs start gnawing on the children, then tonight taking the boys to open swim at the Y! Can't wait!

Hopefully they will be so tired from swimming they will sleep in on Saturday!  ANDDDD they will be so happy with mommy for taking them swimming they won't ***** and moan when I take them shopping on Saturday. They hate shopping and what will really suck for them is I have a LOT of places to go on Saturday.  I'm mattress shopping. Let the party begin!

Everyone have a great Friday and stay bundled up when going out!  Is it spring yet??????????

Good Morning to everyone.

Another cold but sunny day. No major plans for today, just normal errands to run. We are probaly going out for dinner this evening. I have some stuff to do tomorrow, but nothing exciting.

I hope everyone has a great day, and a great weekend.

Stay warm, stay safe.

Good Morning friends,

Yay it's Friday..lol  it doesn't really matter to me, but I wanted to join in the fun!  :-)

Today I have to go for my annual gyn appt and I will be talking with him about different options I have because ever since surgery my periods have been getting worse and worse.  I tried to go back on the pill to help them, but then I just bleed almost the entire month..NOT a help at all! LOL  I also get PMS so bad that I feel like I need to lock myself up in my room for about 4 days beforehand, it's really bad.
Anyway, after that I will be heading back to school for an Open House they are doing and since I am now an ambassador I need to be there to help out.

Tomorrow I am going to the elementry school my boys went to so Jacob and I can volunteer at their fun fair for a few hours and then home to do homework and continue my researching on nursing schools.  Saturday night I'll be dropping Tyler off at the movies, that's all.  Sunday Jacob and I are heading a friend's house to get our haircuts.  I am sitting down and letting her do whatever she wants to my head!!  wish me luck. I'll get pics!

Other than that, it will be homework and some relaxing for me
Have a great day everyone!!

Hey Monica -

Check out the depo shot.  I've had no periods for close to four years.  Got to love that!

Good Luck to you.

You should ask the doctor about ablation.  That was going to be my next step if my BC pills didn't help.  They have helped so I didn't need to have this procedure.  But I know two people that had it done and they love it.  No periods at all.  Sometimes I think about getting it done and say the pills aren't helping anymore...hahaha

LOL Crystal.  I also have a friend who had the ablation done and loves it.  This is actually what we discussed, but that was before he found a cyst or something on my ovary.  So now I have to have a pelvic ultrasound done on the 9th and we go from there.  I will end up having the ablation though, eventually..lol

Good morning Shawn Marie and the rest of Illinois!

Glad to hear that Crystal could eat some dinner without losing it.  Stay on the learning curve and you should still be able to lose weight.  I totally understand the “deprived" feeling.  Sometimes old habits die REALLY hard.

Carol, glad to hear that you have an easier day ahead.

Nancy---good to hear that you can start the physical therapy and that the DVR is working.  I do not blame you at all for sending that packet!

Monica, glad to hear that school is going so well.

I am leaving work at noon, stopping at Wally World to return some jewelry that does not go with the red dress, then home to finish packing and pick up the kids for the big weekend.  Each of them has invited a friend to come swimming with them so all should have a great time.

Tomorrow, we are going to the “Tilted Kilt" for lunch.  The girls wear less clothes than the “Hooters" girls, but I hear the food is MUCH better.  Then, we transfer to the Jacuzzi suite and attend the party…….if we can get out of the Jacuzzi, that is.  Either way, I plan on looking FABULOUS and taking pictures so you all can see.

Todd came down with Liv’s cold yesterday, so I am really hoping he feels better quickly.  She really only felt terrible for one day, but the cough and stuffy nose is lingering.  David and I are staying as far away from them as we can.  My neighbor gave me a big tub of “Lysol" wipes so we can follow behind them and disinfect.

I wish everyone a spectacular day and weekend!

Tell someone that you love them!

I'm so frustrated with my health.  I'm feeling exactly like I did if not worse before they realized my thyroid, vit b, d, c and iron levels were way too low.

Just had my annual blood work and appointment w/ my surgeon in November and he had me start taking an iron pill twice a day, changed my vitamins, added a vit d pill, continuing to get my b12 shot once a month, continuing my thyroid meds and depression meds.

My energy level is at an all time low.  I feel terrible and I don't know what to do.  I love my husband dearly but he just does not understand.  He thinks I'm just choosing to be "lazy".  Lazy is not me.  I'm always on the go but it has really become a great struggle for me.  I work two jobs and as long a I don't sit down I'm fine.  It's when I sit down and relax I get into trouble.  This includes driving.  I was running errands earlier and kept dosing at stop light.  I'm at a loss.  I really need to be on my "A" game with us opening a new business next month.  There is so much to do and a little amount of time and I'm really struggling.  I should be so excited right now but I'm so sad.  I have to figure out what to do to make me feel better.  Yes, I do work ou****rainer three times a week but I can leave him and feel like I'm ready for a nap.  It gives me no energy.

What to do???
Christina
