Tuesaday Roll Call

Hello everyone

I didn't go to work yesterday.  I had a bad evening and didn't sleep well.  Then I was fine all day yesterday.  I ate breakfast and lunch fine with no problems.  But then I ate dinner and immediately had issues.  I spent the rest of the night feeling awful and I kept spitting up.  Why does this keep happening at night??  I took an anti acid and Tylenol PM and I slept ok.

I bought the chewable Centrum that Christina suggested.  So I'm getting my vitamins in that I need.  This is much better than what I was doing to get my vitamins in.

As one of the items on my "TO DO" list I am trying to get myself a treadmill.  I found one in Oswego for $150.  I will call the guy today to see if I can buy it from him.  Yeah!!!  That would be great.  If I bought it brand new I would have to save money for months.

Well I hope everyone has a great day.

Cma~ I've never had it, but I wonder if it is acid reflux?  Reading the LapBand board, I understand that it can happen and sometimes a short treatment of OTC meds will clear it up.

Good morning everyone!  I'm heading off to work today.  Not much is going on.  I had registration night at my school last night.  Didn't get home till late and had to drive through all that snow and the wind!  The wind was really strong.

Have a great day

Sue

Good morning!

Today I will be hanging out with my friends who spin their own yarn! This is something I don't do yet, but it certainly is interesting. I knit while they spin. Then I will knit at the yarn shop later and eventually go to work and see patients. What a life!

Crystal, I have had the same experience with the band. It has a mind of its own, that's for sure. If I start spitting up then I go ahead and try to throw up as much as will come, but I know the sooner its all out the better the evening will be.

Drive safely everyone!

That sounds so cool!  I have Todd's Great Grandmother's spinning wheel in my living room.  I just think it is cool to have a piece like that, but I wonder if I could learn to make it work??????

Mmmmmmm.  I might have to check this out.
We have the wheel, which has been restored and the spindles, which have not.
Thanks!

What ELSE would I do with it?????

Wii fit needs a mode that does not use the scale.

I had promised myself to wait until my scales said 320 to try the Wii Fit which has a limit of 330.  That has to be a scale limit and not a board limit.  Still I tried it yesterday even though the sales midday were reafing 333.  It would not even let my avatar stay.

Hey there new person that looks like fruit on a tree.  Where did you read the RNYers gain half of their weight back after five years?

Randy

So you have been forgiven?

Hey Randy, I just got the Wii Fit but haven't played with it yet.  My niece was showing me last weekend.  Do you think if you put in an "big"number for clothing (isn't there an option to put in your own number/) that might help?  jUst wondering.  georgie
