Good Morning Illinois!
I can't believe they found someone alive in Haiti yesterday. What a miracle...11 days in rubble. The miracle of God! This young man said there were still more people alive under the rubble of this hotel. I pray they get then out safely!
Making a run to Chicago today to take an old family friend grocery shopping. Her husband had a stroke and it is affecting his vision and he cannot drive and she doesn't.

Good Morning Carol and Everyone,
It looks like most of the snow is gone, now we hae total mud. Oh well, its all in the name of progress.
I have no plans for today, but I am sure I will be getting into something. I can't just sit around and watch tv all day. I do plam on getting in a session on the tread mill this morning. And, DH wants a ham dinner today.
I will get everything ready for the work week, clothes, lunches decided on, ect.
Stay warm, safe and dry today. Be careful if you are driving anywhere.

It looks like most of the snow is gone, now we hae total mud. Oh well, its all in the name of progress.
I have no plans for today, but I am sure I will be getting into something. I can't just sit around and watch tv all day. I do plam on getting in a session on the tread mill this morning. And, DH wants a ham dinner today.
I will get everything ready for the work week, clothes, lunches decided on, ect.

Hi Carol and Nancy and everyone,
What a gray, gloomy day outside! Things are a little gloomy inside too. My husband has been working ALL WEEKEND because one of his company's clients had a big problem on site with their computer system. He can work remotely from home, but he's still not able to participate in anything with us. I feel so bad for him.
So, Emily and I may try to find something fun to do today. Not sure what.

Well, another dreary day without sun. I can't wait to see that bright thing in the sky once more. It always helps everyone's mood including mine.
I need to go out and dodge the raindrops today. Need to pick up some prescriptions and get some grocery shopping done. Otherwise, I might have a cat riot on my hands for lack of food in the house, plus I have to get stuff for lunches this week as it is back to full days at work for me.
Other than that, nothing planned. Lisa, I can give you a cure for no****ching too much tv. Just have your service go out and have a company that doesn't want to fix it. I cant tell you how many times I have reached the remote to turn on the tv only to remember it is not working. Drives me nuts!
They may have to haul me off to the loony bin by the time I get tv back.
