Big gain and NO fill........ waaaaaa !!!!!!! (xpost)

Okay, so yesterday (I think it was yesterday) I posted that I was so excited to get my fill today.  Well, the reaction to the steristrips was so severe he said NO, and that I had to wait two weeks after using some steroid ointment...  Boo Hoo!!!  I am so bummed...    I understand it is so he won't cause an infection, but anyway...

Plus, on top of that I gained 4 pounds since last week!  At first I thought it was the fluids they gave me and possibly some swelling... but, it didn't go away.  I am still heavier than I was.    I couldn't even eat that much after surgery!!!  Oh, well...  so, now I have until February 3 to drop those pounds plus some on my own.  The fill will still remain greatly anticipated...

Sorry I don't have better news...  but, the allergic reaction is pretty ugly.  I trust my doc...  Just God PLEASE don't let me gain any more weight!!! 

I am starting a small support group in my general vicinity, which is Naperville, IL.  If anyone is interested, there are already two others that I will be meeting sometime over the weekend (I hope!).  A few more friends would be nice!!!   PM me for details...

Thanks, Carol...  the more I look at it the more I realize his point.  It is pretty inflamed.  I found out this morning that I am slightly pre-diabetic.  I hope that scares me straight, because I have family history on both sides, multiple times.  I really appreciate your support!
