Wednesday Roll Call
Hello everyone
I wi**** was Friday. I want to be lazy and sleep in and then just lay around all morning.
I am losing weight fast now. This is what I have been waiting 10 months for. I am down 9lbs now in one and half weeks. Woohoo!!!
I am absolutely swamped at work. I have enough work on my desk for 5 people.
How is everyone else doing this morning.

Good Morning Crystal and the rest of my OH friends,
It's only Wednesday...lol I have a final today in school and then we get to leave early. I will probably stop at the store for a few items we need and then come home and start working on homework for the Mod that starts tomorrow!
Tyler is back in wrestling, he was released to go back on Jan 4th after his accident at school (he got knocked out and was rushed to the hospital back on Dec 15th, scared the daylights out of me!) He has his final 2 meets this Friday and Saturday. Then we're done with that for a little while and then spring wrestling starts! That boy keeps me busy that's for sure. :-) I love to see him so active though. He's also learning to drive as he will be 16 in March! Dang, he's getting older and I keep getting younger...lol
Well have a Happy Hump Day everyone!

Gooooooood morning IL!
I cannot believe I fell asleep at 9:30 last night! Usually I am up until at least midnight. I'm wondering if its because I'm not drinking soda anymore and drastically reduced my caffeine intake. The headaches seem to be easing off as well. I have learned that Crystal Light does not suck!
Today isn't as hectic as yesterday was. Grocery shopping, work, middle child has Tae Kwon Do, then oldest child has roller hockey practice at 7. We don't have an ice rink out here so the local roller rink has set up a kids hockey league. This will be his first practice and he is so excited.
This morning at the breakfast table (which I am now working on eating breakfast per my NUT, I never did before but she said I had to get in the practice of it before surgery) the boys were telling me what dreams they had had that night. After the older 2 told me theirs my youngest (3) pipes up to tell me, "Mommy my dream was a rerun!" LOL
Have a great day everyone and be careful this afternoon! They are calling for freezing drizzle/rain. Yuck!

Glad to hear that your weight loss has jump-started Crystal. Keep at it!

Hi Crystal and Illinois!
Crystal, yeah for the jump start. Hope you are feeling ok. My tightness has eased and it is a lot easier to swallow. I have to share 2 NSV's today. I went shopping in my closet and found a sweater shirt I haven't been able to wear. It fits! yeah. Then, (and this really pleased me), I work the office of a lumber yard, so lots of guys around. The yard supervisor walked by me today and gave me a sideways looks and said, "you're melting away to nothing". Now you all know for a guy to say something.....they hardly notice (or at least say anything). I told him, "thanks, I'm trying hard."
Yesterday, Chloe fell on the playground and tore her knee open. Had to have 7 stiches. Poor thing. She has to leave her leg straight and not bend it too much for a few days.
Not much else going on. Watch the weather...hate ice!

Good Morning (almost noon) Crytstal and IL.
It has been well over a month since I have posted. My home computer crashed and it has been hectic gettting caught up at work so very little time to read and post. My surgery on 12-8-09 went well and I have lost pounds and inches and I am feeling so much better already. Returning to work has brought back that welcomed routine but after school schedules have our family running in every direction that I have not walked like I should. We do not have a treadmill at home but I hope to go purchase one this weekend.
Does anyone have any suggestions for a quality treadmill at a reasonable price? My husband and I will both be using it so I don't know that just the typical WalMart/Target variety will meet our needs. I would rather spend a little up front and have a better machine.
Take care IL and I hope to get back into the OH routine again too! :)

Glad to hear that scale is moving, very exciting. Got good news from the cardio's office. My stress test was fine and he is going to clear me for surgery. Now just need to get the Dr's. going with their paperwork. Not much going on today, going to sit with the neighbors new baby while she takes her son to preschool and probably more knitting. I'm working on my first sweater in a much smaller size that will hopefully fit next winter. Let's hope that freezing rain stays away.
