I am working today and it looks like we are going to have sunshine!!!! That ALWAYS makes things easier.
I went to the Mall for a short time last night and I can't believe it!!!!! Every year, I look for "THE" dress for Todd's Christmas party (to be held at the end of January). Most years, I do not find what I am looking for. Yesterday, I went into Bergner's (Carson's) which is normally out of my budget. They had racks and racks of fancy dresses for 70% or more off! I bought a $100.00 dres for $20.00!!!! It is RED, SEXY and a SIZE 12!!!!!!!!!!! This is a BIG NSV!!!!! I will need to have it hemmed, but my neighbor is going to help me with that. I usually wear black. I am excited!!!!

Congrats on your NSV 
Quiet day today, had our 6 yrd old granddaughter yesterday so was very busy. She tried teaching Grandma some of her ballet moves and had us both laughing. She's doesn't understand why Grandma doesn't bend like she does. Need to do a little housework, make some chicken soup and I'm working on a swatch to get my gauge for a sweater project. Anything to pass the time while I wait for my approval. Have a good day all.

Not much going on with me. My little mini dachshund, Skeeter has been feeling pretty poorly. She is 13, so was kinda worried....Took her to vet yesterday. She was so lethargic. They kept her overnight to observe and do labs. She has a severe urinary tract infection, but otherwise, labs weren't bad. Whew! Hopefully the antibiotics will kick in fast and she will begin to act a little livelier.
Hate it when the sun isn't showing itself, but hopefully sometime this week it will make an appearance.
