Friday Roll Call!!!
Hi,
glad to read everyone is doing well. Last ngiht was not so great my bronchritis was really actiong up. I ended up not going to my night job, gave myself a breathing treatment and i feel better.
Had a good light breakfast and water. I have my visit with the psychologist today, i'm leaving for that in 5 minutes, and oh my washing machine broke, so i am off to Sears to pick up another,

Today was a busy day for me. Opening a new business can really be stressful. So many documents to complete and so much training. It's quite over whelming. It will get crazier as we get closer to opening day.
Nothing else going on. I'm thinking tonight I'm going to just veg out and do nothing. Ok, maybe read some training materials but that is about it.

Per usual, the food control was good until I got home from work. Hubby & child subsist on take-out and refuse to get on board with the weekly menu I create each week. So, while I prep the breakfast (mainly for myself b/c the family complains about everything I make --- too much asperagus, ew spinach, oatmeal?!, etc.) & pack the lunch and snacks for my job, the dinner is left in their hands and it's not a good situation. I have to figure out a Plan B for coming home and having unhealthy dinner waiting for me. I think, this coming week, I'm going to use frozen dinners as my "emergency" alternative. I'll also try to convince my husband how important healthy eating is. (He's a SAHD now, b/c of layoffs.) I will stock the freezer this weekend with frozen dinners, and see how it goes next week.
Also, I keep staying up too late and missing my 10 p.m. bedtime.
OK, I think I've got my goals for next week. Those, and loading that LoseIt! app onto my new iPod Touch (to log food/exercise) so I can chart my calories, fiber, carbs, and protien.
I'm actually really glad I have to stall surgery until at least June (b/c of insurance). I can keep getting my ducks in a row. Many ducks.
