OK THEY TELL TO CALL MY INSURANCEAND ASKIS WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY IS COVER AND OK I CALL THE TOLD ME ,THE ON MY POLICY I HAVE A EXCLUSION!!!!! IM CONFUSE???

If your policy excludes weight loss surgery, then they will not pay.
All policies are different. An exclusion means that they will not pay for that service.

If you are offered different policies at open enrollment, check to see if any of the other policies cover.

Do not give up hope though. My first policy has an exclusion and I tried to fight it to no avail. I then switched insurance companies to BCBS of IL, which DID cover the surgery.
