Tuesday Roll Call
Here's my 5th try at posting......
Good morning (is it Juanita?) and the rest of Illinois!
Sending good vibes to your daughter--finals can be SO stressful. I think you are very brave to have a tarantula in your house!
Candy & Stephanie--it is GREAT to see how well you are doing! Congratulations and keep up the great work!
Crystal---everyone needs a little break now and then....
Liv got the part that she wanted in the school musical so she is happy. Amber's husband finally got a job, so she is happy (she was seriously thining of leaving if he didn't find something soon....) David is going to be on the crew for the school musical, so all kids are happy today. That makes ME happy!
I'm going to go now befor (too late-----it froze up again)
Anyway----everyone have a wonderful day!
New to posting - I guess I have been a lurker.
I am 4 weeks out today from my surgery and feeling quite good. I am so happy I did this for myself - I can actually move again. Sadly before surgery I got to a point I could hardly stand and walking was horrible. So yeah!
Tonight is my TOPS meeting so I get to weigh myself and see how this week went - last week was a little disappointing, but it was a 3 lb loss - so I should not complain.
I really enjoy the forums and have actually learned a lot that I did not know about WLS. Thanks!
Sarah
This is a great group of people! Sarah, congrats on your surgery. The first six weeks were the hardest for me, I'm glad to hear you are already feeling good!
Shawn, good for you for deciding to start on this journey, whichever surgery you choose! I hope you can take some time to peruse several of the OH boards as you go through your three month pre-op period. I learned sooooo much and felt very well prepared for the ups and downs post-op.
I hope you'll both be on the roll calls frequently. It's really fun to get to know each other here.
Stephanie
