Sunday roll call

 Good Evening Everyone

I am finally getting here.  Today has flown by.  I do not know where the time goes.  It seems like I wake up and then the next thing I know it is late at night.  

I have hibernated this weekend as I did not want to venture outside in the cold.  Although my computer says it is 20 degrees outside so it must finally be warming up!  

Tomorrow it is back to work for me.  Not really looking forward to it in one way but am in another.  They have me coming in at 8am.  I have been fighting to get back to coming in early and can never win.  Now when I would prefer to come in later, they have me on the early shift.  It figures.  I don't know what my schedule will be for the rest of the week.  Will find out tomorrow.

Well better late than never, I'm here.  Spent the day taking my youngest son to the urgent care.  His eye just started swelling for no apparent reason.  Turns out he has pink eye but instead of just waking up with a goopy eye, his eye just went completely blood shot within an hour and swelled to golf ball size.  He looks like someone punched him, poor kiddo.

But he's a trooper, let me put his eye drops in and finally fell asleep.  Thankfully he does not have school until Tuesday.

I think I'm ready for another week.  I know I'm ready for Friday!!! Only 4 more days until I go see the Nurse Practicioner and Nutritionist for the first consult on my journey to surgery!  I know you should never wish your time away, every day is a gift, but I can't help but wish this week goes quickly.  I have this huge weight on my mind (and body!) that I want to express how serious and how badly I want and NEED this surgery.  4 more days.
