I don't think you will have any problems.  I still wear a 24 jean or 2x pant and when I went to Florida, I had no problems.  Southwest is the only one that I know of that is REALLY picky.

Good Morning Nancy and Happy Hump Day to You.

Dee, I know how you feel bout a certain day, Ours was the month of November. Both my parents, an uncle, Dh's Stepfather, uncle, Father and cousin died in November.

Crystal, You will be fine in June. When we flew to Seattle this past summer, I had room to spare on the airplane.

Nancy, Your Knee will heal in its own time. I agree, try to go back  on light duty.

I am off to work in a couple. Just waiting for the car to thaw a bit. I am down to 3 days a week, my request. So, today is my Friday. This is only for this spring. I don't want to have to pay back S.S. if I go over the shut off amount.

Dress warm today. I am in layers, A sweater, then a jacket, then I will have my heavy coat on. I will probly burn up in the car, but at least I will stay warm getting in.

Stay warm, Stay dry. Stay safe.

Huggers,

Lisa

Nancy,

In these times I would not want to take chance.  Sherry will be able to work from home as soon as her surgeon says she can after her surgery in Feb.  I think I need to get the wi-fi back up for her before then.  Also can you ask for enough of a break on an hourly basis to keep from getting stiff?

I am trying to stay up this morning myself as my wake times have been getting later and later.  I have a lunch appointment with a friend then a job search appt at 2.  You guys think working is bad and I think not being paid is bad.  Any suggestions for an RNYer at Panera bread that does not make me leave a bunch of food or lug it home?

Randy

So you have been forgiven?

I took my return to work papers in today.  They foresee no problems but they do have to go through processing formality.  I am requesting to go back part time for the first two weeks and have doctor's orders to sit no more than 2 hours at a time.  The doctors office would have been willing to give me another 6 weeks off but when I explained the situation, they understood.  I still will have to go to physical therapy 3 days a week so may have to leave work early for that.  Without that they could park me for 3 and 1/2 hours without a break.  I finally got the Wii up and running.  Now I just have to get the numchuck to work better.

I'm not a RNYer but as a bandster I love the black bean soup, you can get that in a cup size too now. They have it in a bowl or cup. So then you can decide if you want some to take with you or not!

Good morning Nancy and the rest of Illinois!!!!

Nancy, try part time, if they will let you, but DO NOT over do it.  Listen to your body.  I agree that the cold weather is not helping.  Oh for the warm days of summer..........

Crystal-----you will be fine on the plane, that was one of my NSV's.  You should be pleasantly surprised.

I am working today, then home to make a nice chicken dinner for the family.  I have half a cow coming very soon and a whole hog in the middle of Feb.  I have had an empty freezer for a few months and am looking forward to having meat again.  This amount of meat will feed our family for the whole year.  I can't BELIEVE how expensive it is to have to shop weekly in the stores, and the food is so crappy!

Not much else going on, just hoping that the snow is not as bad as they say and I don't get stuck.

I am STILL having issues with posting here.  This post took over 40 minutes and 4 tries.  Anyone else?????

 Dawn,

I did a double take on the half of a cow and a whole hog.  We use those expressions every day and I wasn't thinking food when I first read it!    Funny where your mind can lead you.  I have not had any issues with posting.  Do you need to clear your browsing history and cookies?   Just a thought.

Good morning Nancy and Illinois!

I woke up feeling much better this morning and actually slept very well last night.  Unfortunately, my husband is now feeling a bit under the weather.  It just seems to go that way, huh?  This morning I will head for my one month nutrition class at BMI and I am hoping it goes quickly and is informative.  I know I want to get there early as the room is small and fills fast.

I did my Walk Away the Pounds for Abs last night and it did feel pretty good.  They are one of the few exercise DVDs that don't go too fast for me nor do they require a lot of coordination....which is a plus!  I'm going to do it again tonight and hopefully this will be the start of a good routine for exercise.

Well, have a great day everyone and be safe tomorrow as many of us are getting a good amount of snow tonight...at least that's what I thought I heard this morning.  :)
