Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
I spent the morning taking down my Christmas decorations and cleaning my house. I'm done now. I now have a headache. So I ate some eggs and sausage and took some tylenol and now I'm resting trying to get rid of this headache.
I am slowly taking over my daughter's bedroom. I have come to the conclusion that she really doesn't live here any more (in the past year she has stayed here a total of 2 1/2 weeks at home). So I packed up the Christmas decoration and put them in her closet. Wow how nice it is to have room in my closet. I also took my Gazelle out of my closet and set it up in my daughter's bedroom. I am going to start to exercise.
I took my Christmas gift from my daughter (a Borders gift card) and bought three books online. Now I have to go spend my other gift from her a Bestbuy gift card.

Today I am doing NOTHING....and I mean that. I will not clean or do dishes or anything. It's a ME day. The only thing that "might" get done is the Christmas stuff getting put away, but that's ony if I feel like it later. Right now I am playing on FB and playing some other games. I will watch a movie later with Tyler (Paranormal Activity) and do whatever I want! LOL
This year I am going to plan more time like this..for ME.

I am kicking back for the second day in a row. Just not much motivation right now. I think it is the thought that I MAY get approved to go back to work later this week. I am still in a lot of pain which I don't think is normal and neither does my primary care physician, plus there is still a lot of swelling. I will see what the ortho doctor says Wednesday.
I have been enjoying my time off. Just wi**** could be permanent but sure cannot afford it. This time off sure has flown. I still need to take my car in for an oil change so I need to get that scheduled.

The whole family slept till 2:30pm!!!!! Can you say LAZY BUTTS!!!!!!! This year is going to rock for me!!!! Positive attitudes only!!!! I'm going to do my best to post more and make it a HUGE goal of mine to go to the Rockford support meetings! I need that in my life now! I got a treadmill for Christmas and I'm loving it!!! I'm going to need supporters when I do the Rockford 1/2 marathon this summer!! All of you guys are truely the best and have been a huge part of my WLS journey! Thank you:)
