Well. I hate to admit it, but I gained ten lbs in the last 3 months, anda few more before that. But, I am not going to beat myself up over it, just start again.  Use the treadmill more often then not, eat protein first,  sip more.Count calories. Just get down to basics, and get rid of all the leftover goodies. I have the tool, and i will use it right.

Sadder but wiser,

Don't beat yourself up Lisa.. It gets harder the further we are out.  We no what we have to do to stay on track but it is so easy to get comfortable.

Just get back to the basics, I know you can do it.  Tomorrow is a new day.

HUGS.

Lisa I hear you I have too put  on 10 lbs and hating my self for it, I am very upset with my self I know what I need to do but it is so hard, I am going to stop the snacking and eating all the sweets that are around at work, Lisa good luck to you I know we can both do it, it is just getting back to basics again , I sure wish that I would dump on sugar  but it has not happen and I love my sweets, that is what got me fat  to begin with,
any way this is a new year and I am not going to let my sweet tooth get the best of me, Even if I have to have it pulled

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Lisa, I am right there with you and Janet.  When I weighed myself this morning I was 10 lbs heavier than my lowest weight!  Together we can do this.  I am going to get rid of any of the bad snacky type stuff in the house and start working out more!  It's a new start and a new year!  I am also going to get back to posting here more often too!!  I miss everyone and I need you all!
Love and hugs to you Lisa!

Monica
