long time no see
Hey all...
Thought I would drop in and said hello.... All is well I had to pull way for a while ,I was compere n myself to everyone .. To update I am 5 mths out out at about 87lbs loss ,, I had alot of set backs but am on the ball now... I do miss you all , and will try to update soon on my page soon...

Good seeing you again! Congratulations on the 87 pounds! That is a GREAT job! We can't compare ourselves to each other because each of us is going to lose at our own pace. You have to be satisfied with your own accomplishments and for you, I think 87 pounds is tremendous! Just remember, some started out much more overweight than others so their weight came off faster at first. This is not a race but a lifestyle change. Please check in more frequently. We have missed you!

I am sitting at 77 myself but I have been a little naughty with food choices and just now started exercising!
