Sunday Roll Call
Good Morning, I just came on to check the roll call, and no one posted it yet. I am busy finishing up some cleaning and baking, then I need to drive to Kmart and get a set of lights for one of my mini tabletop trees. It was ok all day yesterday, then after supper the lights were out. It looks so dark in that room without it.

Good Morning Lisa and Everyone!
I think everyone must be scrambling for last minute preparations for Christmas. It is a busy time of year. I am so busy I slept until 11 am this morning.
It seems strange not having to rush around and get everything done. Usually I am still wrapping presents, writing cards and buying last minute gifts. But since everything had to be done so early, there is nothing to do. It will be a VERY quite day for me. Tomorrow I have my 3 week post surgery visit and I have a hair appointment so I will get out of the house Also physical therapy will be in there somewhere as well. So busy day.
I hope everyone is not too rushed and can find some quiet time to enjoy the season and take a deep breath and relax. Have a great day!

Hi Lisa and Nancy,
I'm checking in from work today. Things are running uncommonly smoothly! (knocking on wood now!). Nancy it sounds like your recovery is going well.
I have everything bought and wrapped for Christmas since I knew I'd be working Sat/Sun and Tues/Wed. Ugg, I hate working 4 12-hour shifts in 5 days. I will be exhausted. Oh well, maybe I'll drop a few more lbs.
Tomorrow I'm taking Emily and one of her friends to Winter Wonderfest at Navy Pier, then to visit Santa.
