1 year ago- my scales have been on a downhill ride

I just noticed that this is my surgery anniversary. I've been watching the scales go down , many times very slow, but it has added up to 93 pounds, just amazing. Although I rarely post I check in everyday and you all have gave me encouragement many times, thank you.  Norma

Current          219    BMI 38  I am in the normal range!!!
