just started my perop diet fri 20th. my doc says a low carb and high protein diet 80-100grams of protein a day 1-2 shakes a day and i can stil have some food. i've been doing good so far. I take 2 shakes a day. this morning i drank one shake and had 60grams of protein (most i ever had ) feeling pretty full right now. how have you been doing
